With a network of over 70 members, The NCP helps you in every area of your business, providing exceptional knowledge and expertise so you can deliver real outcomes to your clients, offer a more diverse range of services, and further develop your own skillset.

Independence

Members of The NCP run their own independent businesses. Each member manages their own client relationship, from defining the project scope to controlling the budget, and determines which resources they need to bring from the network to address client challenges.
Members are invited to attend NCP events, but there is no obligation.

Shared methodology and proven frameworks

Success as a consultant, as in any business, relies upon the application of proven processes and methodologies. Centuries of consulting experience in the network have shown what works, and members benefit from that shared experience. As part of member onboarding you are trained and mentored in these processes and methodologies. The consistent application of these methodologies and frameworks ensures consistency of client and member experience.

Quality and accountability

As a NCP member, you take with you a chorus of skills and expertise, and an accreditation level if professionalism.
To become an accredited member of The NCP, you need to have many years proven and successful experience in senior management at an Executive, Director or ‘C’ level, own your own Consultancy or be looking to build your own Consultancy business.
All members commit to our Code of Conduct so we all maintain the highest standards of professionalism, remain accountable to our clients, and deliver high-quality consultancy.
