Turnkey Consulting

I first met Heiner Karst in 2015 when I decided to undertake his Executive Coaching program. Running an IT services business, Heiner, being a former CIO, was my ideal mentor. I learned a great deal from the program and felt that I grew both in a personal and professional capacity because of his desire and willingness to share his experience. Through getting to know Heiner I have met many new contacts through his network, some of whom are now actively involved with Turnkey. 

Recognising an opportunity to upskill our staff, we engaged Heiner to deliver Consulting Skills training to our staff, which was very well received. The feedback from the team was that they feel better equipped to deal with the many challenges that may arise during a consulting engagement. Two of our management team are also currently undertaking his Executive Coaching program.
